Five models span the full range of industrial inspection needs. The ISL38-33 and ISL38-50 cover precision small-part inspection with 33–106 mm measurement ranges. The ISL38-100 and ISL38-300 handle mid-range applications at 235–745 mm ranges, with the ISL38-300 achieving 2 µm Z-repeatability. The ISL38-500 extends to 1,100 mm for large-part or long-standoff applications. All models share the same 101 × 150.5 × 45 mm aluminum housing (~940 g), M12 connectivity, and 0°C to 45°C operating range.
