The E+H Proline Promass E 200 is a genuine loop-powered Coriolis flow meter designed for accurate measurement of liquids and gases in standard chemical industry applications. Its true two-wire technology enables seamless and cost-effective integration into existing infrastructures while maintaining intrinsically safe Ex ia operation in hazardous areas.

The compact dual-tube sensor simultaneously measures mass flow, volume flow, density, and temperature. Liquid mass flow accuracy is ±0.25% with repeatability of ±0.15%. Volume flow accuracy is also ±0.25% for liquids. Density measurement achieves ±0.0005 g/cm³ accuracy. Measurement range extends to 70,000 kg/h (2570 lb/min) for nominal diameters DN 8 to 50 (3/8 to 2").

Media temperature range is -40 to 150°C (-40 to 302°F) with maximum process pressure up to 100 bar (1450 psi). Wetted parts include 904L stainless steel measuring tubes and 316/316L connections for excellent corrosion resistance. The dual-compartment aluminum housing provides IP66/67 and Type 4X protection.

Heartbeat Technology enables continuous diagnostics, in-situ verification without process interruption, and predictive maintenance. The meter requires no inlet or outlet straight pipe runs, minimizing installation space. Worldwide hazardous area approvals (ATEX, IECEx, CSA) and SIL 2/3 certification ensure operational safety. Available with HART 4-20 mA communication.
