The Rotronic HC2-LDP Low Dew Point Probe incorporates the latest AirChip4000 technology, which calculates a measurement from the average of 8,000 single points within a 2-second interval. Combined with the HYGROMER LDP-1 dew point sensor, this delivers measurements of the highest quality for trace moisture monitoring applications.

The probe is specifically designed for challenging low dew point environments and can be used in compressed air systems, refrigeration dryers, and adsorption dryers. For installations with ATEX requirements, Rotronic offers an ATEX-certified version suitable for hazardous area deployment. The probe achieves exceptional accuracy of ±0.2°C across its measurement range.

Suitable measurement chambers with defined air flow rates and quick connectors are available in both POM and stainless steel materials. The LDP-MCS chamber enables operation at pressures up to 100 bar (1500 psi). The base unit can be customized to meet specific application requirements. Temperature measurement range is -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C), with dew point measurement from -94 to 185°F (-70 to 85°C).
