The Mahr MarSurf PS 10 Roughness Tester delivers mains-independent operation with over 1,200 measurements per charge. Designed for ease of use like a smartphone, it features a large 4.3-inch illuminated TFT adjustable touch display. The removable drive and 31 surface parameters provide the same functionality as a laboratory instrument.

Data can be saved as TXT, X3P, CSV, or PDF files. Complete PDF measuring records can be created directly on the instrument, with customizable comments entered on the tester. An automatic cutoff selection ensures correct results even for non-specialists, while a Favorites list provides quick access to frequently used functions.

The roughness standard stored within the housing reduces errors. With 0.350mm measuring range, 8nm profile resolution, and inductive skidded probe, the MarSurf PS 10 is ideal for shafts, housing components, large machines, milled/turned parts, and production line testing.
