The 6SL3520-1XN01-5AB0 delivers 1.5 kW in the G115D 1XN-variant FSA frame with AB-suffix enhanced I/O — the mid-tier fanless modular drive for decentralized conveyor duty where expanded hardwired connectivity is needed beyond the base AA variant. Rated 4.1 A continuous (8.2 A peak at 200% overload), it provides additional digital I/O channels and expanded safety interfaces while retaining the 1XN modular electronics platform for rapid field service. The FSA enclosure (380 × 216 × 129 mm) mounts directly on the machine frame with IP65/IP66 protection and natural-convection cooling.

The 1XN modular design enables the electronics module to be replaced in under 15 minutes without disturbing field wiring. The AB enhanced I/O adds configurable digital channels and additional STO inputs compared to the base AA variant — suitable for machines where multiple sensor feedback signals and safety interlocks land at the drive rather than traveling back to the main control panel.
