The 6SL3520-1XM00-7AA0 delivers 0.75 kW in the G115D FSA frame with AA-suffix base I/O — the essential fanless drive for cost-sensitive 0.75 kW applications. Electrically identical to the 7AB0 at 2.2 A continuous (4.4 A peak), it provides the same motor control in a leaner I/O package. The 1XM FSA enclosure (380 × 216 × 129 mm) mounts directly on the machine frame with IP65/IP66 protection and natural-convection cooling.

The AA base configuration covers the core decentralized drive needs: digital I/O for start/stop and direction control, one STO channel, and the integrated C2 EMC filter. For applications needing additional I/O or PROFINET at 0.75 kW, the 7AB0 (enhanced I/O) and 7AF0 (PROFINET) variants add those capabilities without changing the FSA footprint.
