The ARICO V100 is a dual-display digital PID temperature regulator designed for single-loop control. It combines a dual 4-digit LED display (PV+SP) with PID auto-tuning and ON/OFF control, accepting thermocouple (J, K) and RTD (Pt100) inputs. The controller supports both heating and cooling action with multiple configurable outputs (relay, SSR drive, analog). A plug-in panel mount design in standard 1/16 DIN (48×48 mm) format enables quick installation and easy replacement without rewiring.

PID Auto-Tuning & Dual Control Action

• PID Auto-Tuning: The V100 performs automatic PID parameter calculation during the initial heat-up cycle. Manual PID entry and ON/OFF control with adjustable hysteresis are also available.
• Heating & Cooling Control: The controller supports both heating and cooling action from a single unit, suitable for processes requiring active cooling after a heating phase.
• Dual 4-Digit LED Display: Simultaneous PV and SP display allows operators to verify temperature status at a glance.

Universal Input & Flexible Output Configuration

• Sensor Compatibility: Accepts J and K thermocouples plus Pt100 RTD (DIN and JIS), covering the most common industrial temperature sensors.
• Main Output Options: Configurable as relay (NO: 7 A / NC: 5 A at 250 VAC), SSR logic drive (24 VDC / 20 mA), or analog signal (0-10 V, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA).
• Dual Alarm Outputs: Two independent alarm relays (AL1/AL2) each configurable from up to 10 alarm types including high/low deviation, absolute high/low, band alarm, and sensor break detection.

Plug-in Panel Mount & Industrial Reliability

• Tool-free Plug-in Installation: The base socket can be pre-wired before controller insertion, enabling rapid field replacement without rewiring.
• Standard 1/16 DIN Format: 48×48 mm panel cut-out fits standard industrial control cabinets. Additional sizes (48×96 mm, 72×72 mm, 96×96 mm) are available through V200, V300, and V400 models.
• Wide-Range Power Supply: Operates from 100–240 VAC ±10% at 50/60 Hz, compatible with industrial mains worldwide. Rated for 0–55 °C ambient and 10–80% RH (non-condensing).
