The SINAMICS G115D 6SL3520-2XA60-7AA0 is the entry-level G115D configuration: 0.75 kW with the most basic I/O interface (AA0). It delivers 1.99 A HO with 4.4 A peak (200% for 3 s) from 380–480 V 3 AC. The FSA frame (380 × 156 × 129 mm) uses natural convection cooling and mounts directly on the machine — no control cabinet needed. Integrated Category C2 EMC filter and braking chopper are standard. IP65/IP66 rated.

G115D AA0 series at a glance

The AA0 is the simplest control variant in the G115D range: hardwired digital I/O with F-DI for STO (Safe Torque Off). No fieldbus — the drive is controlled by discrete signals from a PLC. This makes commissioning straightforward (no network parameters to set) at the cost of reduced diagnostics. The AA0 variant is available across the full G115D power range from 0.37 to 7.5 kW. All variants share the same power stage, frame dimensions, EMC filter, and motor compatibility — the suffix only determines how you talk to the drive. For PROFINET integration, step up to AF0 (e.g. 6SL3520-2XA60-7AF0).
