The 6SL3520-1XL00-7AB0 delivers 0.75 kW in the G115D FSA frame with the AB-suffix enhanced I/O — the most I/O-capable 0.75 kW variant short of the PROFINET-equipped AF model. Electrically identical to the 7AF0 at 2.2 A continuous (4.4 A peak), it provides the same motor control performance with expanded hardwired connectivity for machines where sensors and actuators terminate at the drive. The 1XL FSA enclosure (380 × 216 × 129 mm) mounts directly on the machine frame with IP65/IP66 protection.

The AB configuration adds digital and analog I/O channels plus an additional STO interface beyond the AA base variant — suited for decentralized stations where proximity sensors, limit switches, and safety devices wire directly to the drive rather than running cables back to a central cabinet. For applications that need network integration, the AF variant replaces the hardwired I/O with PROFINET; for those that need more I/O density without the fieldbus, the AB variant is the target. Standard G115D features apply: integrated C2 EMC filter, internal braking chopper, STO SIL 2, SAM web-server commissioning, and natural-convection cooling.
