A retrofit bay is a document-poor place: the drawings are old, the EMC arrangements were never filed, and the DP line is the one thing everybody still remembers. The 1AP0 build removes the guesswork from the rest — C2 filtering inside, du/dt provision available, DP on board.

When is 205 A the right stop, and when is 256 A?

The dividing line is the motor current with duty margin. Pump and fan loads that calculate inside 205 A at 400 V live comfortably in LO with 110% for 60 s; loads that creep past it — or that run higher static head in summer — belong to the 132 kW build, which offers 256 A from the identical 305 x 709 x 369 mm housing. Choosing 110 kW now and 132 kW later costs nothing structurally.

How does an undocumented bay get signed off?

By removing the variable that is hardest to audit. The integrated C2 stage meets the shared-grid emission limits as a property of the drive, so the review rests on a datasheet value rather than on the state of old filter hardware. The 67 kg unit lifts in with two people, and the DP slave interface joins the existing master without a gateway.
