Rated 3.1 A continuous (6.2 A peak at 200% overload), it provides additional digital I/O channels and expanded safety interfaces while retaining the 1XN modular electronics platform for rapid field service. The FSA enclosure (380 × 216 × 129 mm) mounts directly on the machine frame with IP65/IP66 protection and natural-convection cooling.

The 1XN modular design enables the electronics module to be replaced in under 15 minutes without disturbing field wiring — a decisive advantage in material handling where a failed drive halts a conveyor zone.
