The AA0 I/O Control variant provides 4 programmable digital inputs and 2 switchable DI/DO — enough for terminal-block control of a single conveyor zone. The AB0 variant adds more digital I/O and expanded dual-channel STO for hardwired safety architectures. The AF0 variant adds PROFINET with PROFIsafe and EtherNet/IP via M12 D-coded connectors with an integrated 2-port switch for daisy-chain and MRP ring topologies. With a 380 × 156 × 129 mm enclosure and natural convection cooling, the FSA frame drive mounts directly on the machine frame or motor housing — eliminating the control cabinet.
