The VPInstruments VPFlowScope DP Flow Meter measures mass flow, temperature, and pressure simultaneously and is optimized for hot, saturated compressed air measurements. This differential pressure flow meter for wet air is designed to provide accurate measurements even in challenging conditions where moisture content is high.

With flow rates from 65 to 650 sfps, pressure range of 0 to 250 psig, and temperature range of -40 to 302°F, the VPFlowScope DP accommodates a wide variety of industrial compressed air systems. It fits pipe sizes from 2 to 20 inches with a probe length of 15.4 inches (400 mm).

An optional three-line LCD display provides real-time information on flow, pressure, and temperature readings directly at the measurement point. When combined with an optional built-in datalogger capable of storing over 2 million data points, users can easily document and analyze data as frequently as every second for up to a week continuously.

Outputs include RS485 (Modbus RTU) digital and 4-20mA analog for integration with control systems. The VPFlowScope DP can also be connected to a VPFlow Terminal for additional analog input channels.
