The VPInstruments VPFlowScope M Thermal In-line Flow Meter is a 4-in-1 flow meter designed for measuring compressed air and industrial gases in small to medium pipe sizes. Using patented Thermabridge thermal mass technology, it simultaneously measures bi-directional flow, pressure, temperature, and total flow. This makes it an ideal solution for point-of-use monitoring, submetering, and system optimization.

The meter features the VPSensorCartridge, which allows fast and easy field replacement without removing the entire unit. This reduces downtime, eliminates costly off-site recalibration, and ensures the lowest total cost of ownership. With options for 1in, 1.5in, and 2in sizes in NPT or BSP threads, the VPFlowScope M offers flexibility across a range of compressed air and gas networks. Flow ranges are: 1in 0.59-156 SCFM, 1.5in 1.47-374 SCFM, 2in 2.35-623 SCFM. Accuracy is ±2% of reading + 0.3% FS forward, ±5% + 0.3% FS reverse.

With rugged construction, IP65 protection, and support for compressed air and inert industrial gases (nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, helium, argon), the VPFlowScope M provides reliable long-term performance in demanding environments. Its ability to capture multiple parameters in one device simplifies installation, reduces hardware costs, and enables detailed analysis of energy losses, leaks, and inefficiencies across compressed air networks. Output options include 4-20mA, Modbus RTU, and PoE/Modbus TCP.
