The 6SL3520-2XB00-5AB0 is the SINAMICS G115D wall-mounted distributed drive at 0.55 kW in the FSA frame with Enhanced I/O (AB0) and the B-connector interface. Rated at 1.7 A HO, it expands the digital I/O count and upgrades the STO to dual-channel compared to the AA0 I/O Control variant — supporting hardwired SIL 2 / PL d safety architectures without a fieldbus.

Enhanced I/O at 0.55 kW — Hardwired Safety with B-Connector

At the same 0.55 kW FSA rating with the B-connector, the AB0 variant steps up from AA0 with more digital I/O and dual-channel STO for guard interlocks and multiple E-stop zones. The AF0 variant adds PROFINET with PROFIsafe for networked safety. Choose AB0 when the 0.55 kW conveyor zone needs expanded hardwired safety and the B-connector mechanical interface — without adding a PROFINET network. The drive draws 250 mA from the 24 V DC control supply and mounts directly on the machine frame in its 380 × 156 × 129 mm fanless enclosure with integrated C2 EMC filter and braking chopper.
