It delivers 5.9 A HO (11.8 A LO) with PROFINET IO, PROFIsafe, and EtherNet/IP over the integrated 2-port switch, designated for SIMATIC control systems. Operates at 380–480 V three-phase, compatible with IE2/IE3/IE4 motors across 0–550 Hz, IP65 sealed.

Why 2.2 kW is the FSA-to-FSB boundary

At 2.2 kW, the G115D power stage generates more heat than the FSA enclosure (380 × 156 × 129 mm) can dissipate through natural convection alone. The FSB fanless frame (425 × 180 × 134 mm) provides roughly 40% more surface area for passive cooling while adding approximately 2.4 kg of mass.
