The M0 series is Tsugami's universal turret lathe with a Y-axis, spanning the 6-inch M06 and 8-inch M08 platforms. A 12-station turret accepts live tools on every position, and the built-in main spindle turns both chuck work and bar stock.

Why live tooling on every turret station?

On a turret where only some stations take driven tools, an off-centre feature waits for the one live position to come around — or goes to a machining center. The M0 series mounts milling tools on all 12 stations, so turning, off-centre milling and cross-drilling happen in one clamping on a 65 mm bar part.
