The ASC-51TY is Frejoth's Y-axis twin-spindle turning center, part of the ProvenForce ONE line. A 45-degree slant bed carries X, Z and Y axes on heavy-duty roller linear guides, with a Y-axis turret for off-centre milling.

Why add a Y-axis to a turning center?

Without a Y-axis, every milled feature has to sit on the part centreline, so off-centre flats and bolt circles go to a machining center. The ASC-51TY's Y-axis turret reaches off-centre, so the part is turned, milled and drilled in one clamping — the second machine and its re-fixture error disappear.
