7.5 kW FSC: the power ceiling of the G115D wall-mounted line

At 7.5 kW (19 A continuous, 38 A overload), this is the highest-rated SINAMICS G115D wall-mounted drive. The FSC frame (425 × 180 × 169 mm, 7.85 kg) uses an integrated fan for forced-air cooling through the heatsink — identical mechanical platform to the 5.5 kW FSC and 4 kW FSB fan-cooled. The 38 A overload rating supports demanding conveyor starts and momentary peak loads typical of inclined conveyors and accumulation zones. 24 V DC control supply consumption: approximately 510 mA (I/O variant).

I/O Control (AA0) variant

Terminal-based digital/analog I/O for start/stop, speed setpoint, and status feedback. No fieldbus — suited for high-power standalone conveyor sections with hardwired PLC control.
